A fantastic appointment by the FA. Tuchel is an experienced manager who has a track record of winning knock out competitions. Has won trophies all over Europe and has a great pedigree. England needed a winner in charge. We finally have one.

After much thought and consideration I have decided to vote for Kemi Badenoch. She offers the Conservative Party and the country a different vision. Regardless of who the next leader of the Conservative Party it is important to unite round them and hold Labour to account.

Absolute nonsense by the Daily Mail Online. Some of England’s most successful managers in all sports have not been English. Trevor Bayliss in the cricket, Eddie Jones in the rugby and Sarina Wiegman in the football. Should be about picking the best in order to win.

The new Ryanair aircraft seat 197 passengers so over 5 flights to move the same as a single HS2 train. HS2 can accommodate 18 trains per hour, equivalent to 100 Ryanair flights, or one every 36 seconds! The capacity could be massive!

Inheritance tax should be scrapped, not hiked. UK inheritance tax is now among the highest in the Western world. There’s no such tax in Canada or New Zealand, and where it exists in Europe, it’s usually at a lower rate. This immoral tax is an attack on success.

Keir Starmer’s genius in action: 1) Give up British territory 2) Pay them for the privilege 3) Keep the illegal migrants who land there The worst trade deal of all time? x.com/Telegraph/stat…

The Royal Family has already spoken on the matter long ago. Prince Albert attended & spoke at a meeting of Society for the Abolition for Slavery, on 1st June 1840. Later that month, Prince Albert’s first official public duty was attending the World Anti-Slavery Convention.

People in Plymouth will miss this guy - mark my words. In the maelstrom of deception that is public life, he is a thoroughly decent man who was right about Truss and today shown to be entirely right about Labour. Thank you for your service to the Nation Rishi Sunak 🇬🇧

Anyone old enough to remember the late 70s knew this was coming. Economic contraction, inflation, spiralling debt, soaring mortgages, unemployment, industrial disputes. Ultimately a winter of discontent. Things can only get worse until we kick them out at the next election.

Now imagine (and this is crazy I know, but stick with me here) a reliable train running between literally any of these places…

Whatever you may think of #Trump, installing a Foreign Secretary who has openly insulted the now US President ahead of the vote & allowing Labour staff to travel to campaign on behalf of the Harris campaign would be diplomatically described by us Brits as 'an interesting choice.'

Absolutely fed up of how terrible 5G is in London. Local planning is holding this city back. Nothing works because nothing is allowed to be built. We need more masts, companies want to build more masts, but our oppressive vetocracy ties us down.

They say the Monarchy has no soft power? It is literally one of the only thing that keeps the UK a leader on the global stage while our politicians continuously screw us over. They won't say it, but every country envies the sheer influence our royal family exudes.

Trump’s tariffs could hit our economy by 5% + Avoiding that hit is a Brexit benefit. The government shouldn’t waste any time or hold any candles in securing that USA FTA. We have nothing to fear from US imports. This is the prize of an independent trade policy.

Every new primary school pupil in the state system will cost the taxpayer £4,265 and every new secondary pupil £5,525. Good job everyone 👍

An angrier response to Britain sending missiles to Ukraine than we got when Russia sent assassins to murder British citizens on British soil
