I can already see the humanitarian response to the floods in Pakistan has started to died down within two weeks of when it started. I feel people are now emotionally exhausted. People can only help till an extent, we need more support from states and institutions in the west.

Months of planning and coordinating paid off yesterday with the success of Pioneers of Pakistan: a networking event. This was my final event leading Cambridge University Pakistan Society as President, and I could not have asked for a better way to end! End of an era 💚
