🔥NEW FIO-FOOD Grant preprint: doi.org/10.31219/osf.i…! Using thematic analysis, we explore the perspectives/views/experiences of supermarket nutritionists (85% UK grocery market share) on using affordability interventions to support healthier and more sustainable food purchasing (1/3)

We find: retailers are committed to health and sustainability, but face challenges like profitability, they "do this already", and the say-do gap. They need a clear definition for sustainable food, and welcome collabs with academia/retail for better intervention evaluation (2/3)
