Effective leaders stand firm while remaining flexible, and doing both doesn't have to be a contradiction. We can stand firm in our values while remaining flexible to change our mind on decisions as we learn new information and find the best way to align action with values.

What doesn’t kill you can: •dysregulate your nervous system •trap itself in your body •steal your sense of self •make you wish it did I don’t know what “makes you stronger” means but let’s stop glorifying trauma as a life-lesson we’ve been blessed with.
