Wittgenstein famously observed that “in psychology there are experimental methods and conceptual confusion.” But it’s actually true across the sciences, and the natural sciences no less than the social sciences.

A good rule of thumb in Twitter/X is always to remember that you're essentially in a high tech version of Plato's cave, and just trying to make a little less awful a preposterous forum that really shouldn't exist but which we're stuck with.

After six years and 150,000 words, the volume is finally complete! Now on to typesetting. It’s been a journey full of lessons, and I hope this open access work will serve as a valuable resource for students around the world.

Pleased to say I recommended the English translation of this excellent text to go ahead. The author will do a fine job. The work by Amuli (d. 1387) is as “an exploration of Ibn ʿArabi’s philosophical Sufism ingeniously recast within the cosmological framework of Twelver Shiism”.

The "Marriage Analogy" actually exposes the very distinction that Trinitarians are trying to hide: the difference between nature and identity. If the Father and Son are like a husband and wife, then you have two Gods, not one. Two separate humans make two separate beings.
