Fashion M&A Update: Prada to acquire Versace for 1.25bn Euros. In 2018, Donatella Versace reached a $2.1bn deal to sell her family’s company to Michael Kors Holdings (Capri Holdings) so the deal appears to be quite a discount from that price. wwd.com/business-news/… via WWD
