Well, this is something you don't see every day. Or maybe ever! Last night in Longview, Nanaimo NightOwls WCL CF JT Sokolove (Illinois State Baseball) threw out TWO Cowlitz Black Bears RUNNERS IN A ROW. And in a one-run game, no less. Here's the second baserunner kill:

The Stars take game one of the PUMA Classic vs. Danville Area 9-6. Hunter Lay leads the way offensively with a double and 3R HR. Payton Mazzola collects 2 hits and steals 2 bags. Isiah Lindsey goes 2.1 innings striking out 2. Braden LaRusso K’d the side in his inning of work.

Your Stars win game two of the PUMA Classic 18-4 over Southeastern Illinois. Payton Mazzola and Hunter Lay both turn in three hit games highlighted by triples. Talon Rowe homers TWICE and picks up a double. Matthew McKeon & Macoy West both K 2 in their individual inning of work.
