A warm welcome to our colleagues at North Manchester General Hospital who are transferring to MFT today along with the laboratory service. MFT’s Division of Laboratory Medicine now has labs on four sites stretching across Manchester.

After the ward round (67 inpatients), because it’s a Tuesday, we did the Foot Round. Here we discuss complex lower limb inpatients in a MDT led by vascular which has podiatry, diabetes, physio and micro …but it’s been a tough week so coffee and cake (yes cake) for everyone!
