This morning our ECD Board of Directors took time to thank MFD Chief Clark Taylor for his service to our Board and Hamblen County 9-1-1 during his amazing tenure. Chairman Robert Laney presented Chief Taylor with an ECD watch as we wished him the best retirement ever.
