Construction on the north bound side of Halsted near Halsted/Wayman

Hey Alinea Restaurant right now your restaurant has 20-30 cars illegally blocking the Halsted Bike Lane bike lane (entire block). This has been going on all month. We get times are tough, but this is incredibly unsafe & un-neighborly. All are being added to BikeLaneUprising.com database.
