If a victim has not received any of their Rights under the Code, they can make a complaint to the relevant service provider. If they are not satisfied with outcome, they can ask their MP to refer complaint to Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman ( NB: the MP filter will be removed with Victims’ Law).

#ItsNotOkay that there are so many barriers for survivors accessing pre-trial support.

We are so grateful to the Ministry of Justice for their support in enabling us to train services nationally to ensure all survivors can access support in line with our best practice standards.

We have received a national training contract from the MOJ to work with services to remove barriers to survivors accessing pre-trial support.

We will be empowering counsellors and support workers across the country to advocate for clients against inappropriate notes requests.
