I spent some time with my class during PE today. Let me tell ya, I haven’t worked out that much in about a year. Look at the joy on their faces!!!

Students have been doing awesome with identifying coins, knowing their values, adding them up, and coming up with different combos for amounts. 👏

Check out our Measure Monsters! Ss measured body parts in inches then made their monsters their own by adding additional features, color, and details!

Today we say goodbye to Miss. Hightower! She has been a wonderful addition to our class family this year. I can’t wait to see her soar with her own classes in the future! 💕 NKC Schools Meadowbrook NKC

Our K, 1st, and 4th graders are done ACCESS testing! Today, we celebrated their hard work! 🎉💬🎧📕✏️ Meadowbrook NKC

This K group is working super hard on their letter sounds and creating simple CVC words. They each have made so much growth this year!

1st grade ELs have been studying countries. They will present their hard work to their parents at Student Showcase this week! 9 countries represented with this group!

Fourth grade ELLs accessed prior knowledge, read multiple sources on the same topic, and reflected on new learning. They used new knowledge and additional research to create a feature article showcasing their learning with the supports of graphic organizers and teacher example.
