The most effective controls I see in my red team engagements are practically cost-free… host based firewalls and tight segmentation give red teams a total headache

I remember sitting at DerbyCon 2 and listening to a talk that changed the direction of my life. All these years later I get to spend my time speaking about my experiences to the next wave of excited infosec folks.
