17. Kachin, Karen, Chin & other veterans of Allied units would fend for themselves in an impoverished Burma isolated by brutal dictatorship. Current efforts to assist them incl. British group Help 4 Forgotten Allies. American 101 vets funded agricultural programs & education in Kachin villages.

Help 4 Forgotten Allies through Projects to Support Refugees from Burma (PSRB) has been providing humanitarian aids to refugees from Burma. PSRB has provided clean water to Chin refugees at Zokhawthar refugee camp, Mizoram State, India.
Help 4 Forgotten Allies through Projects to Support Refugees from Burma (PSRB) has initiated an education project at Zokhawthar refugee camp. This pilot education project started in May 2022 now with 111 students.
