FAQ : "Do I need to train everyday in order to see results?" Straight answer is No. Obviously you need to train hard but do take 1-2 days a week to rest

FAQ: "What is the best exercise for fat loss?" There isn't one. As long as you keep your calorie intake in check, you can do any exercises you like. Eat the right amount of calories for your goal and stay consistent with your workouts. #desfitnesstips #gymmotivation

FAQ: "Can you do me a meal plan?" I don't do meal plans. Simply eat the calories you need for your goal and stick to it. Cos If I got you to eat chicken, broccoli and rice everyday, you might get sick of it and you may give up eventually. Even I don't eat like that everyday.

I don't do tons of exercises. I simply pick a few, do 4 sets for each one, and hit the muscles hard. Always a good session.

Save your calories. Even if you're cutting, you can still have meals like these. If you can manipulate your calorie intake throughout the week, you can pretty much eat anything you want. This approach is more sustainable

FAQ: "How do I lose the bat wings?" You think I would tell you to do loads of Tricep exercises. Nope. I'd say eat the right amount of calories for your goal and stay consistent with more compound movements. Focus on getting stronger over time, and you'll notice the changes.

We can't blame our genetics if we haven't even tried to push beyond them. Genetics play a part but it's not an excuse for us to restrict ourselves from giving it our best shot.

Supplements do just that. They supplement your diet. Try to eat more whole foods if you can. Only take supplements if you're not getting enough of a specific nutrient for your goal.

Doing exercises you don't enjoy can lead you to give it up eventually, or may even cause injuries. You want something that is sustainable and safe for you, something you would stick to long term that give you the results you want.
