We had a lovely evening with parents & caregivers of children at Croesyceiliog School for our 2nd of 4 workshops - this time thinking about why children can act in ways that concern us, and how we can respond to their distress with compassion.

Fabulous to see the work Cynefin can offer in support of whole school approaches to wellbeing. Gwent schools are so fortunate to have this health based service available to them. πŸ˜€

Caerphilly Rangers and CFCP had a lovely day at the Stronger Roots project at Penallta Park with Ysgol Penalltau. We practised team work and mindfulness exercises, as well as creating an imaginary safe space in our minds we can go when things become a bit too much.
