Physical literacy is just as important as the ability to read and write. The most important step toward developing physical literacy is learning fundamental movement skills. If you can learn the fundamentals skills, you will enjoy a wide variety of activities!

I’ve just started a choice unit with my gr4’s. With the conceptual lens of skill development and leadership, Ss will choose a set of skills they want to learn or improve upon and will learn how to learn it. Thank you Joey Feith for your amazing “how we learn skills” poster.

End of the unit whole class reflection. Totally agree with Run Your Life Podcast when he says that teachers usually think that students “LOVED IT”. If we want to grow as teachers, Nothing better than ask them how
