So, I’ve been thinking a lot about academic disagreement lately. How should we disagree with someone whose conclusion we think is incorrect? I’m all for constructive disagreement and being pushed on my conclusions, even when it’s quite uncomfortable. It can be so fruitful.

I suspect he’s being facetious, but it’s worth pointing out that populists of both left and right err in assuming that the problem is with the corporate form when the problem is actually the people who run some corporations. The corporate form is just a very useful a tool.
