I'm going to write all the top machine learning algorithms using only NumPy before the New Year. Here are the algorithms I've chosen: Linear regression, Logistic regression, Decision tree, SVM, Naive Bayes, KNN, kmeans, RF.

I have a solid 4 hours to create linear regression and logistic regression from scratch.
