I'm curious how many of you out there tune into your body by balancing the chakras? How is that experience? My daughter bought me some motivational cards that teach a lot about chakras and I'm open to consideration to implement this technique for greater understanding of self.

Well, this is concerning. No wonder our children are hormonal at a younger age. With strawberries that are the size of my palm, one must question the "organic" label that was placed on the container. How is this possible?
