A Dad applied to court about 3 years ago. NMO's on both sides caused delays. Fact find 2021, but due to joint NMO's further 3 day fact find ordered 6 months later. Hearing adjourned due to shortage of Judges to this Nov. Now adjourned again until Sept 2023

After 8 years of custody and contact applications and with over 50 high court appearances, I have been alienated from my 2 children for the last 4 years.

UNITED SIKHS I'm shocked and disturbed by UNITED SIKHS stand on this issue. The mom should be praised for raising Sikh children and coming up with an innovative and inclusive way for them to be safe while playing.
