Benny blinked out of his thoughts— all of Noah as they usually seemed to be these days. He smiled and patted the spot beside him, a book already in his lap. "Just thinking is all."

"Mm?" B was drawn out of his thoughts, and he looked up at the Noah. "Oh. Just... Us, I suppose. Nothing bad, I'm just pondering."

Benny fiddled with the book in his lap, shifting ever so slightly into Noah once he got into bed. "Just how close we've gotten. How much of a space you have here." His voice was quiet and as fond as ever. "I enjoy your presence. Your company."
