I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture. They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

x.com/i/trending/199… That’s a hell of a lot of GDP to lose, and now the UK’s downward spiral is unstoppable, especially as today our useless Chancellor is about to make everyone even poorer, and many businesses bankrupt.

Hannah obviously wasn’t alive in the 1970s; omnipresence and constant involvement of parents was never a thing. I can’t remember any parents either in school or dropping their kids off ever. Any nativity or play was after school. There were no parents at sports days either.
