Congrats to the amazing GE Silver Scran team for their five star food hygiene rating today awarded by Wirral MBC!

Caps off to our five star volunteers Colin, James, Helen and Mike, but especially to head chef Kelly, who smashed it once again!

Silver Scran is the lunch club for older people, run by volunteers from the Growing Environment, every Thursday at Windsor Close Community Centre.

On the menu today - spring vegegtable soup, followed by cottage pie with butternut squash, swede and potato mash topping. To finish, chocolate orange bread and butter pudding with ice cream. Three quid for three courses. Please form an orderly queue!
