The Grow Well Cardiff team are starting up our health and wellbeing sessions today at Grange Medical Practice 1-4pm pop in for a cuppa and see what we're up to this summer and autumn! 🌱☀️🥕🍎🍏

Great to meet Magda in the garden yesterday and show what we have built with our volunteers at ACE Grow Well Cardiff garden over the last few months. We couldn't have achieved this without support and funding from them Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) Thanks so much!

Our Grow Well Cardiff team will be at Cardiff City Stadium on 14th Sept 24 to talk about Health & Wellbeing in community green spaces. Lots of other things to see and engage with on the day, so pop in to find out more and learn other ways to improve your health and wellbeing.

Mmm! What's cooking?! Come cook, share and feast in the delights of the garden! This coming Thursday at the Grow Well garden, Grange Medical Practice from 1pm. Healthy and delicious food from around the world, grown on your doorstep :)

We enjoyed our first Share the Harvest session this week, part of our recent 'Move More, Eat Well' funding. If you're local to Grangetown, Butetown or Cardiff Bay please pop into our next session on 7th Nov'24 at 1pm. Thanks to C3SC for the support and NLT for the book donations
