Amazing set up to monitor moisture levels & exciting plans to harvest more water this yearβ
Had a tour of some lovely green spaces too π
Despite the rain, real progress in the ACE Grow Well Cardiff garden this week. We've had funding from Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) to increase accessibility. A new path is the next phase and then the exciting bit, planting up!πΌ

Stimulating to join the National Social Prescribing Framework for Wales launched today by Lynne Neagle. A real pleasure to welcome the Deputy Minister to the Grow Well Cardiff project. We reflected on the strengths of the fantastic partnership with ACE and Cardiff SW Cluster
