Legitimate question for any of my artist moots who see it: how do I addict myself to drawing? How do I make it so that going a day without drawing makes me uncomfortable? What's the secret?

Main reason I haven't moved to Bluesky is that there are 2000 amazing artists I want to follow, but that would psychologically lock me into hours-long daily catchup scrolling sessions. "Just look at a few recent ones each time you're on" except that's not how my brain functions.

Hey everyone. Sorry for the lack of art. I started therapy. Hopefully it helps. I plan to move to Bluesky once I feel motivation to do things, probably with one single account instead of the SFW/NSFW split accounts I have here. I don't have an estimate for when that will happen

My therapist dropped me as a patient without telling me or anything. Apparently it was because he didn't think video therapy would help as much as in-person. Instead of talking about it or working a new plan out with me, he just bailed. IDK what to do now. Feel like giving up.
