💂This evening, the Lodging of the Colours, otherwise known as the Sunday Parade, occurred in London District. The ceremony occurs every Friday, with members of the public able to view the occasion that mainly takes place in Buckingham Palace.

🪖The Grenadier Guards routinely runs the Potential Non-Commissioned Officer Course, allowing prospective candidates to be taught the basics of leadership and other key skills. Passing the course allows for candidates to become eligible for a promotion to Lance Corporal.

Yesterday evening, the Grenadier Guards engaged in a Joint Fieldcraft Training with counterparts in the Royal Air Force, No. 2 Group. Personnel were integrated in simulated section attacks and taught the fundamentals of Fieldcraft in Imber Village.

This evening, the Grenadier Guards bid goodbye to Captain humanlalal_alt. Human joined the regiment in March 2023, serving in multiple roles before serving as Company Commander, Nijmegen Company in December 2024. Let's take a look at his extensive career as a Grenadier:

Captain Human served in multiple roles within both Nijmegen and The King's Company throughout his career, most notably as the Drum Major. This role saw him in charge of the famous Corps of Drums, which provides musical accompaniment for state occasions.

Grenadiers operate in a dual capacity, with Captain Human instructing the Mortar Platoon of the Grenadier Guards, in charge of indirect fire on assigned targets. Whether you favour Drill or Fieldcraft - the Grenadiers has a place for you.

In addition to his duties within the Guards, he also served as an Officer of the Royal Military Police. This role allows him to enforce service law in the operation of military personnel at home and abroad.

His latest position is that of Officer Commanding Nijmegen Company, where he worked with the Company Sarn't Major to organise and maintain standards within Nijmegen. This duty also placed him at the forefront of planning ceremonies he participates in.

The Chief of Defence Staff's career originates in the Household Division, from humble beginnings in the Household Cavalry to Chief of Staff of the Household Division. Afterwards, he became Chief of General Staff working with another Grenadier, HeliosCqr as Army Sergeant Major.

This evening, the Grenadier Guards' Corps of Drums participated in the Prince of Wales' Farewell Parade. The Corps of Drums played the marching tunes of multiple regiments present before parading infront of the Prince of Wales' in a Counter March.

This Evening, the Duke of Sussex observed the Changing of the Guard between the Grenadier Guards and the Royal Marines.

Today, we alongside Royal Marines RBLX, proudly performed our iconic Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. For the first time, the Royal Marines relieved us in mounting duties, marking a historic moment in the ceremony.

This evening, the Grenadiers participated in Operation Trident Storm in the British Indian Overseas Territory. Grenadiers deployed on the ground, securing multiple key sites on a hostile island before exfiltrating with captured insurgents.

The Grenadiers works closely with No. 33 Squadron, Royal Air Force in a wide array of combat environments to provide quick, direct action via aerial deployment. From Eastern Europe to the Indian Ocean, both partners are ready to deploy anywhere at any time.
