NEWS. The State Pension is set to rise 4.7% next April. We know this as it is 'triple locked', ie rises by the higher of 2.5% or inflation or average earnings rise. The final figure has just come in, for earnings up to July and it's the highest of the three, at 4.7%. So based on

This is another photo I took at the Unite The Kingdom march in London on Saturday. Think it got missed in the excitement about my other photo, but I really like this one and you can see the bloke (I now know is called Ben) on the lion with The flag of St George posing perfectly.

You had me at “words are not violence”. I can’t emphasise enough how much I agree with that statement alone. But then again I’m old enough to have been taught that “sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me”. It was our parents way of preparing us for life

Hands up if you won’t be getting a digital ID card whatever shit they try to threaten us with. Many of us said during Covid this was the goal, well, here we are. Will you resist?

Parliament must be recalled to debate Digital ID. For Starmer to release this enormously vile change with no parliamentary oversight is outrageous. Cancel recess. Cancel the conferences. Recall Parliament.

The fifth para - digital currency- is one I had not thought of before and is potentially rather concerning. You can easily see the banks jumping onboard in the guise of “ fraud prevention”. It just shows they don’t need CBDC straight away to enforce financial controls.

Nearly two and a quarter million people have spoken, but it’s not enough we need to double it, triple it, quadruple it… Sign sign sign ✍️ Thank you that is all petition.parliament.uk/petitions/7301…

🛑 Enough is enough! It’s absolutely outrageous that Asda is shipping in lamb from the other side of the world—Australia and New Zealand—while our own hardworking British farmers are left out in the cold. We need to stand up and say we want British lamb on those shelves! 🇬🇧🐑

We farm the best soils in Britain. And they want to cover them with solar panels? Not on our watch! Farmland is for food – not for solar farms. Every acre lost to panels is an acre lost to feeding our people. We’re not against renewables. But put them where they belong – on

Please don’t support dairy companies that promote the use of Bovaer in their supply chain. If you don’t buy their products then they will drop their use of this chemical. We can change this, protect the dairy cows and protect ourselves.

I’ve just read the most thought-provoking quote so I’m sharing it here, with the few who will ever see this post. “Apathy on the individual level translates into insanity on the mass level.” You’re welcome 😉
