So true. If you're not used to it by interview 3 your critical thinking and observations will decline. Give yourself some space to process and give the interviewees respect of their time and your full attention when they interview.

If you want a picture as to why employees don't trust you when you give them the "like a family" line. The CEO who signed the letter can help pay their bills, offer more PTO, or help with their income in some way. That's what a "family" would do.

These communities (disabled, POC, older workers) have been disproportionately affected by screenings and AI since forever. Unfortunately, this isn't new, just a new system doing it. And during the pandemic of all times. Train your people and take AI with a grain of salt.

Most resumes I read are just centered around their roles & responsibilities. That's not really the way to do it. Show the reader what you actually did there. What did you actually accomplish? Focus on that.
