Our editorial in JACC wherein we reflect on the negative "final" 1yr results from the SPYRAL HTN-ON MED RCT (albeit with some positive secondary findings), in context with 7 other sham-controlled RDN RCTs. Bottom line: RDN likely "works", ≈1 HTN drug, but the odyssey continues.
