The snow in EK appears to have finally stopped.

Appalling customer service from UK Mail (UK Mail) who repeatedly claimed parcel delivered when still sitting in their depot! #ukmail

Many thanks to DellCares for helping get delivery issue resolved quickly, even although UK Mail were at fault.

On the topic of couriers, I highly recommend DPD_UK as I've never had an issue with any delivery and they have excellent tracking systems.
