It’s deadline day for Monumental Sports in its battle to keep the network on YouTube TV & Hulu + Live TV. The deadline to agree to a deal is today, and if no agreement is reached, Wizards & Capitals games won’t be streamed on those platforms. Tough spot for fans of those teams.

The Wizards signed F Akoldah Gak to an Exhibit 10 contract and waived G Keshon Gilbert, the team announced. Gilbert, who recently signed an Exhibit 10 contract, is a potential Go-Go candidate. Gak averaged 4.7 points and 4.0 across three Summer League games with the Wizards.

Monumental Sports was dropped by YouTube TV & Hulu this week. Now, thousands of DMV-area Wizards fans who rely on those streaming services won’t have access to the team’s games. Ser Troy Haliburton joined me for an honest conversation about Monumental Sports. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the…

The Wizards have waived both Jonathan Pierre and Keshon Gilbert after signing them to Exhibit 10 deals. Would expect both to sign with the Capital City Go-Go. Black spent last season with the Go-Go, so it’s possible he follows the same path.
