Tales Of the Trading Post - Chapter. Our OXOX Sauce is definitely made with LOVE. A Spicy Umami 💣 from Hong Kong made with Dried Scallop. In our case our team dries local broken Scallops from Montauk, NY. We add dried Shrimp, Smoky Speck, Olives, Ginger and so much more.
