Some people confuse participation rates in the 2020 Census. As of 9/30, the Mississippi self response rate was 60.0%, BUT the total enumeration rate was 96.4%. On 10/14 the MS self-response to the Census=60.2% and total enumeration (inc. followup)=99.5%. It ends today, but the Bureau says internet response will be available across the nation until 11:59 pm Hawaii Std. Time, (5:59 am Eastern Daylight Time 10/16). 2020Census.gov.
