Aaron Filliponne is a graduate of Boyce College and was Hulk Hogan’s pastor. This is his really encouraging report on Hogan’s faith in Christ. The Lord’s arm is not too short to save! (Isaiah 59:1) —— I wanted to give the family some time before sharing what’s on my heart.

Brethren, we have nothing to tell you which we have invented, so that if you are saved by it, it will not be due to our skill. We have nothing to tell you but what God commits to us, and therefore God will have all the glory if your souls be saved.

I never did expect a sinner to be saved because of anything I said or the way in which I said it. I have expected God to bless the word, and I have seen it blessed ten thousand times, glory be to his name!

Cry mightily to him who is mighty and willing to save you; lay yourselves at the feet of sovereign grace, say unto him, "Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me."

Christianity is distinctly a singing religion. Other religions chant and occasionally sing, but the Christian Scriptures have a hymn book (Psalms), we sing to each other (Eph. 5:19), and one day our God will sing over us (Zeph. 3:17). Hearts filled with grace sing for joy.

The left wages war on truth, calls evil good, and good evil (Is 5:20). They celebrate what destroys children, dismantles families, and mocks God. Enough silence. It’s time to speak boldly, stand firm, and push back against the darkness.

Political violence is a feature, not a bug of progressivism. Because progressivism is built on top of a Critical Theory lens that sees the world through "Oppressed vs Oppressor" categories rather than a Christian Theology lens of "Right vs Wrong", it trains people to see

The old typical conversion process: God is real > Jesus is God > I need Jesus. The new typical conversion process: Satan is real > Satan hates Jesus > I need Jesus. Preach accordingly.

John Piper was once asked how he was so riveting as a Bible preacher. He said that the key is to preach as though the Bible is the most interesting, amazing, soul-stirring book ever written. Then he added, “Because it is!”

If your religion requires you to constantly remind people that not all of you commit mass murder, maybe it’s time to find a new religion.

You are afraid to die; let this drive you to Christ: he has the keys of death and hell; in him is plenteous redemption; he alone can open the door which leads to everlasting life.

I know there is a lot of turmoil in the US right now and many feel it is the darkest time in our nation. But let me remind you that at one point in our country's history we put carpet in the bathroom. Talk about a national shame. If we can overcome that, we can overcome anything.
