Increasing numbers of aging + disabled Veterans are straining the Veterans Affairs' long-term care services. The rising costs of long-term care, w/ VA spending caps on Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) & home care worker shortages, are forcing #Veterans to make sacrifices.
