Covid sucks. But it made working from home mandatory. It allowed me, a dad living with ALS, the chance to spend a spring and summer with my kids where I got to see them all day long, and be there for moments like this. Now let's cure ALS so I can be here for more.

4 years ago today my brother-in-law was diagnosed with #ALS. 1 year ago last week he passed. We miss him dearly and wonder every day how there is no cure. No treatment. ALS is only “rare” until it takes someone you love. There can be a treatment. Fund this disease. #EndALS

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed on to the campaign to have an annual, MLB league-wide "Lou Gehrig Day" to celebrate a baseball legend and help defeat ALS. The campaign is being headed by the folks at Lou Gehrig Day Committee. Thank you, Toronto Blue Jays, for stepping up to bat.

If you watch this video for no other reason, let it be because the two little people at the start practiced over & over to pronounce things like “Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis” and “identified genetic causes of ALS” and “development of experimental new therapies.” #weaksidestrong

I did today what the doctor suggested 4 years ago on this day. Watched my son’s Little League playoff game. Listened to a podcast while lying in the sun. Worked on my laptop, Cut the grass. That is, I did what brings me joy. Year 4 living with #ALS cut that list down. A lot. 1/3

You lost the match but you gained respect. #CanMNT Alongside our #CanXNT, you are changing the way 🇨🇦 football is perceived worldwide. The most thrilling part is you haven’t hit your ceiling yet. NOT. EVEN. CLOSE. #CopaAmerica
