The CPS Nutrition Department brought their Nutrition Bus to visit the Spanish 3 class this morning! They had a fun lesson on nutrition and learned how to make pupusas (a traditional dish from El Salvador) all in Spanish! Thank you CPS Nutrition Department!

Mr. Sauer’s Honors Anatomy and Physiology students got hands-on today as they dissected rats to explore and compare the muscular systems of rats to humans. This engaging lab gave students a deeper understanding of how structure and function are connected across species!

Region Cross Country Championship Results! 🥇 Girls 1st Place !This is the first Region Championship for the girls’ team in school history! 🥈 Boys 2nd Place! A strong finish from our runners with Ben Giffing placing 3rd and Michael Sauer placing 4th overall!

Our chorus students had a blast at this year’s Howl-O-Sing Night! From spooky solos to group jams, the talent (and costumes!) did not disappoint. What a fun night celebrating music, friends, and a little Halloween spirit!

As the VA State Rep for the National Student Council Association, senior Josh Molitor recently traveled to our capital for advocacy training, leadership development, & communication networking. During the trip, Josh had the opportunity to meet with members of Congress & staff.

The Health and Medicine Club sponsored our annual Red Cross Blood Drive today, and it was a great success! ❤️ A huge thank you to all the donors, volunteers, and Red Cross staff who made this life-saving event possible. Together, we’re making a difference!
