Honouring the concluding of Treaty # 3 150 years ago today Oct 3, 1873 at Northwest Angle and may these rights "last as long as the sun will shine and water runs, that is to say forever." Treaty #3 Memorial unveiled in 1981 when I was working with Grand Council Treaty #3.
