MAGA likes to say those being deported have no Constitutional rights. Wong Wing v. United States (1896): Ruled that while Congress can exclude or deport aliens, those within U.S. borders are entitled to constitutional protections like due process.

MAGA likes to say children of immigrants born in the U.S. are not citizens. United States v. Wong Kim Ark (1898):Confirmed citizenship for children born in the U.S. to foreign-born parents under the 14th Amendment.
