On my way into school, I saw this bright rainbow. You can also see a faint second rainbow to the left. I am taking this as a good sign today for my AP Lit students taking the exam. Good luck to them and to all of the other AP students taking exams these two weeks!

What a crazy and exhausting, yet wonderful last week with my seniors! They truly made it a good year, and I'm going to miss them all. Good luck to them as they continue on their journeys. They are going to do great things!

Besides the science behind it, it also gives students a break from technology, which is needed from time to time.

To warm up for the year, AP Lit students worked in groups to rate the evilness of each of these iconic villains and justify their ratings with evidence. There was collaboration, insightful discussion, and wonderful analysis! I'm so excited for the year.

Today AP Lit S's debated claims over the novel Frankenstein using evidence from the text as support. They really got into their debates. We finished up class with some open discussion over the novel. They all did such a great job! #pcr3proud
