So thankful for the time, energy, and effort these girls put into making our program great. The Falcons finish as the 2021 District Runner Up. #dirtybirdnation

When it comes to your skill development during the season, you should be working on skills to perfect your role. How good can you get at the things your coaches need you to do in your role? Study it. Learn it. Get great at it, so you can bring value to your team & impact winning!

You can’t cheat your preparation. Maintaining where you are now isn’t enough. The time you spend on the court in a game isn’t enough. You have to continue to improve. Whether you’re in season or not, continue to get in the gym/weight room. Work on yourself, your gains, your game!

Great teammates make an impact. They support & encourage others. They serve as role models & examples of positivity. They conduct themselves in ways that reflect well on the team, coaches & program. They impact others, in ways that make a difference not just now, but for life!

Regardless of your role, you can always rally your team! You have a responsibility to give your best. Your body language & what you say is seen & heard by your teammates & coaches. Your attitude can strengthen & encourage your team or it can tear it down. Be a positive force!
