Shocking service from Argos .Argos Helpers Bought a Dyson vacuum in 6/19 for £200. Faulty so took back to Argos - told to speak to Dyson. Found out from Dyson it was manufactured May 2915 & Dyson stopped making it in 2018. ie more than 4 years old when bought new!

Argos customer services tell me they can't help - speak to store manager. Speak to store and they tell me they sell 'on behalf' of Dyson and to take it up with them. Also there is no expiration date on a vacuum! Online help tells me to make complain via twitter or face book!

Facebook messaged Argos - no reply. Very very poor service. Sold a 4 year old machine as new, then customer service pass the buck
