Here's one of the fastest 8 point FFTs on the planet! The signal propagates at 46.6% the speed of light, uses no power and does not require an FPGA. It generates 8 simultaneous beams from 8 antennas at 2.4-2.5 GHz. Will need to include Planck's constant in the Mflop calculation.
