I finished grading student papers on Wednesday. They have to rewrite them by Dec. I've already got a rewrite turned in. Why? Gameful learning; they want points & their teams want to win their next competition. Thank you @chchayward Gradecraft You've changed how I teach forever.
'Tis official: I had an amazing run Center for Academic Innovation - I can't say enough good things about the people there and the work we/they do. But, I have started a new chapter and today is my first as the Managing Director Michigan Women in Science and Engineering ☺️
This is a completely free, month-long, online course hosted by University of Michigan, created by Center for Academic Innovation, and part of our growing Michigan Online portfolio. This has really been a labor of love and I hope people learn a lot about the world of esports.
