I have succumbed to a new normal.. where night brings a tumult.. a torment.. this roiling of radiating fire.. flames not to forge a passion, but the burn of a soul rejecting what sins I devoured in the day..

When he breathes in my pain and holds it between his teeth like a cold steel blade.. clutches me tight in his assertive arms so I don’t run away.. and other ways he loves me..

I will replay you in my mind so often the colours may fade but the memory never

I wish I could tip the world off its axis so you could tumble into my arms

We whisper into the wind to each other and wish and want across the miles

It is over distance but it is breathtakingly real

If this kiss should reach your lips I hope its touch will make you smile

I remember the first sight of you I have kept the memory in a special place to keep it safe.

The thing about you that attracts me that excites me that enchants me that compels me is everything
