#GPR has so many applications, it's hard to keep track! What's the most cited paper on #GPR?

The most cited paper is Davis and Annan (1989). This seminal paper reviews case studies that show a breadth of applications. GPR is referred to as "a new way of viewing shallow soil and rock conditions". The authors predicted large advances in the next decade...They were right.
