I love my country. I hate what is becoming of it. I despise the base cruelty, selfishness, ignorance, and immaturity that is infecting it. We have for too long played fast and loose with the blessings we have here, and now we seem prepared to simply give them away. A travesty.

Today I experienced a first. I spent less time having my car’s oil changed than I did waiting for my food in the McDonald's drive-thru. Full disclosure, though, I had to get in line again because they forgot my fries. Congrats to the oil guys for meeting that mark.

I love Popeyes food, but it’s hard to keep going back when I order through the app for a 5p pickup. Was told to pull around and they’d bring my food. At 5:30p still didn’t have my order. Finally walked inside and they changed it to a walk-in order. Poor communication. Cold food.
