Six years before the world famous live-action adaptation starring Judy Garland, The Wizard Of Oz appeared in 1933 as a technicolor animated short rendered in the rubber hose style.

Songkran until end of Wednesday means I get to hide inside and run up my electricity bill while I grind on some fun stuff in Blender 😀

Moral of the story: the alligators didn't want the kids, they just wanted those delicious cupcakes and twinkies! I do have a soft spot for these animated commercials that use an unpretentious children's book illustration style from the late 70s/early 80s

This is how us 80s kids used to get high: on bubblegum. I remember chewing this shit and feeling the actual sugar crystals crunching between my teeth.

I sincerely hope kids these days realize how good they have it. (Even though we know good and well it's gonna be a bunch of Millennials who snatch these up)
